In Summer of 2020, an unprecedented time for our world, Elevate Hope House in Ham Lake opened its doors to our first family. This home was renovated with great support from Oak Haven Church, Oak Hill Baptist Church, Northgate Church, St. Patrick’s, Knights of Columbus, and so many other small businesses and organizations listed under our Partners page. Thanks to our supporters, we are able to provide housing and programming for 3 young moms and their children every day. In addition, our Residential Housing Advocate is able to support our families with her missionary heart, while running the daily operations of the home. We can’t wait to see God continue to move in Ham Lake!
